Meet our Resident Voice Advocate at Arbors West, Megan Reisinger! She is 26 years old and received her S.T.N.A. license in 2012. She always wanted to start a career in the healthcare field to help others and started her journey off as the Activities Assistant here at Arbors West where she really excelled in meeting new people and helping them feel at ease. In January, Megan was given the opportunity to become Resident Voice Advocate where she ensures that the resident’s time at Arbors West is the best it can be! The Resident Voice Program is designed to meet and exceed all of our customer’s expectations on their journey to wellness at Arbors West! Our Resident Voice Advocate will meet with all of our new admissions within 24 hours and check in, and spend time with them each day to ensure that they are comfortable and satisfied with their stay.
