The staff at Arbors West went above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs were met. I am very happy to have been part of such a great family at the Arbors West.

My stay here was great! It was an experience I never had. The staff cares so much for the residents. They bend over backwards for us---I couldn't believe it. I can't wait to go home, but I will miss everyone here!

The people that worked with me were excellent, and the service was top caliber. The entire staff was great. They always had time to attend to all of my needs. It was a great atmosphere, and the people treated me like I was family.

While no one wants to spend time away from home, the weeks I have spent at Arbors have been a very positive experience. Everyone here has been more than kind. They have been very caring and attentive throughout my time here. Hopefully, I will not need these services again, but if I do, this is where I would wait to be.

Megan is a great addition to your staff, group, and office. Her positive winning attitude is reassuring. She focuses on what needs to be done and that allows her to contribute to the accomplishment of the current task, no matter what that task may be. Megan is a winner!

I was satisfied with my stay at Arbors West. The nurses and aides were wonderful and they treated me with respect and dignity. I received my medication in a timely manner and if I had any questions they never hesitated to answer them. The therapists at Arbors West are great and helped to improve my walking.
