I was satisfied with my stay at Arbors West. The nurses and aides were wonderful and they treated me with respect and dignity. I received my medication in a timely manner and if I had any questions they never hesitated to answer them. The therapists at Arbors West are great and helped to improve my walking. I would recommend Arbors West to anyone in need of therapy.

My experience at Arbors West was good. Therapy was good and so was the food. The activities at Arbors West was great and I would recommend Arbors West to anyone who needed therapy!

My stay at Arbors West was great, and I love it here! The nursing staff was amazing. They have taken great care of me and gave me so much attention. Therapy was A-ok. They push you to do the best you can be. The resident advocate was so sweet and took extra time to talk to me and make sure my needs were taken care of. I would 100% recommend Arbors West to anyone who needed therapy.

If I had any questions (and I did) the staff at Arbors West readily answered. I needed help at times getting cleaned up and dressed and I never felt uncomfortable. The ladies (young and old) were ALWAYS pleasant. I would choose this place over and over again.

My stay at Arbors West was a very good one. The staff and volunteers and other residents made me feel included and cared for. My transition/evaluation was made possible and easier by all these wonderful, loving, and caring human beings. I will be eternally grateful to each and every one in here for playing a very important role in my recovery. I would recommend this facility to others. My stay here at Arbors West was excellent. Therapy was great, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs it. The resident Advocate was outstanding and visited me every day to make sure my stay here was the best it could be. I would recommend Arbors West to anyone who needed rehab or long-term care.

My stay here was great! It was an experience I never had. The staff cares so much for the residents. They bend over backwards for us---I couldn't believe it. I can't wait to go home, but I will miss everyone here!

When I came to Arbors West in June, I was unable to talk, care for myself or even walk. I had a long road to recovery ahead of me, but with a great group of Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Physical Therapists... all of that changed! Every day I would work hard in therapy and one day I was eventually able to speak again. So far, I have made amazing accomplishments in my journey. Then, with more hard work I was able to do more stuff for myself and even walk again! I would like to thank all of the staff at Arbors West for the great care that I received over the past couple of months. I would also like to thank Rebecca the social worker assistant for face timing my daughters so I could see them. I would recommend Arbors West to anyone in need of therapy!

While no one wants to spend time away from home, the weeks I have spent at Arbors have been a very positive experience. Everyone here has been more than kind. They have been very caring and attentive throughout my time here. Hopefully, I will not need these services again, but if I do, this is where I would wait to be.

The people that worked with me were excellent, and the service was top caliber. The entire staff was great. They always had time to attend to all of my needs. It was a great atmosphere, and the people treated me like I was family.
