Nursing Assistant Week With STNA’s

My mom was here for about 6 weeks. She was weak and now is stronger walking with a walker and ready to be back home again. The staff here have been very patient and kind. A special thanks from me to Anna, the physical therapy, and to Savannah and Joe. I am grateful that this center was so close to our home so that I could visit with my mom often. I felt that she was safe when I couldn't be here in this clean and relaxed environment!

My stay here was great! It was an experience I never had. The staff cares so much for the residents. They bend over backwards for us---I couldn't believe it. I can't wait to go home, but I will miss everyone here!

My stay has been great and the staff has been great to me and really caring. I would recommend Arbors West. It's clean and peaceful. Anything I need, the staff makes sure I'm taken care of.

I was a resident at Arbors West for 6 years and I loved it there. I would recommend this facility to anyone, I had great nursing care, therapy and loved the activities. I was able to get my own apartment with the help of the staff at Arbors West. If I ever had to go back to a skilled nursing facility I would choose Arbors West. It truly felt like a family to me. The staff really went above and beyond for me. I had 5 surgeries during my stay at Arbors and I am so grateful for the staff that helped me through the healing process.

All I can say about Arbors visit is that they are a great group of people. The staff is wonderful. The place is clean. They keep the rooms clean, and they take care of you. I would recommend this center to anyone.

The Resident Advocate was fantastic, she treats everyone with respect and tries to make everyone smile. She talks to everyone like they are her friend. The nurses and aides are cool and did a good job! I would recommend Arbors West to anyone in need of rehabilitation.

My stay at Arbors West has been a very good experience. The administration and nursing staff were very professional. The aides were compassionate and caring (even in the face of abusive patients). The PT staff was outstanding in learning my specific needs and came up with a plan that quickly had my issues addressed. If the need should arise again for me to require extended care, I would, without hesitation, return to this facility.
