My stay here at Arbors West was good. The nursing staff was friendly and helpful. The therapists were good and helped me a lot. The resident advocate was very sweet. I would recommend Arbors West to anyone who needed rehab

My stay here was great! It was an experience I never had. The staff cares so much for the residents. They bend over backwards for us---I couldn't believe it. I can't wait to go home, but I will miss everyone here!

I was satisfied with my stay at Arbors West. The nurses and aides were wonderful and they treated me with respect and dignity. I received my medication in a timely manner and if I had any questions they never hesitated to answer them. The therapists at Arbors West are great and helped to improve my walking. I would recommend Arbors West to anyone in need of therapy.

My stay at Arbors West was a very good one. The staff and volunteers and other residents made me feel included and cared for. My transition/evaluation was made possible and easier by all these wonderful, loving, and caring human beings. I arrived at Arbors West on September 7th, 2018. I had a trach when I first arrived. I have had the best care here! Not only from aides and nurses but also the management team they are so good and fun to be around. All workers have taken in my care. Even the activity workers. They take the time to help if we need it and also help the floor staff when need be. I have recommended Arbors West to several other people in the community. My family thinks I look better since I have been here, they are so pleased.

If I had any questions (and I did) the staff at Arbors West readily answered. I needed help at times getting cleaned up and dressed and I never felt uncomfortable. The ladies (young and old) were ALWAYS pleasant. I would choose this place over and over again.

It was awesome, I loved it here! Staff and activities were great! My roommate was excellent and it has been a great stay here and would like to come back. No complaints here and I would highly recommend this place.
