Understanding and Responding to Dementia Related Behaviors

If I had any questions (and I did) the staff at Arbors West readily answered. I needed help at times getting cleaned up and dressed and I never felt uncomfortable. The ladies (young and old) were ALWAYS pleasant. I would choose this place over and over again.

All I can say about Arbors visit is that they are a great group of people. The staff is wonderful. The place is clean. They keep the rooms clean, and they take care of you. I would recommend this center to anyone.

I arrived at Arbors West on September 7th, 2018. I had a trach when I first arrived. I have had the best care here! Not only from aides and nurses but also the management team they are so good and fun to be around. All workers have taken in my care. Even the activity workers. They take the time to help if we need it and also help the floor staff when need be. I have recommended Arbors West to several other people in the community. My family thinks I look better since I have been here, they are so pleased.

My stay has been great and the staff has been great to me and really caring. I would recommend Arbors West. It's clean and peaceful. Anything I need, the staff makes sure I'm taken care of.

Arbors West are the best people to take care of you. They are good at making sure you get your meds and that you get the things you deserve. They are the best people to talk to when you have a big problem. Arbors West is the best place to come to for therapy and they help you so you can succeed---they helped me to walk again. My stay at Arbors West has been a very good experience. The administration and nursing staff were very professional. The aides were compassionate and caring (even in the face of abusive patients). The PT staff was outstanding in learning my specific needs and came up with a plan that quickly had my issues addressed. If the need should arise again for me to require extended care, I would, without hesitation, return to this facility.

My stay here at Arbors West was a good one, they try to help me out any way they can. I had a good experience in therapy and the therapists were very nice. I would welcome Arbors West to anyone in need of rehab!
