Veteran’s Day

The staff here at Arbors West was very nice. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. They have wonderful activities for the residents and everyone seems very happy with them. The staff puts forth a great effort for these gatherings. Overall, my stay here was as comfortable as possible. And yes, I would recommend Arbors West for treatment.

My stay at Arbors West was great. The staff treated me with respect and dignity. Therapy was good and so was the food. The Resident Advocate was fantastic, she treats everyone with respect and tries to make everyone smile. She talks to everyone like they are her friend. The nurses and aides are cool and did a good job! I would recommend Arbors West to anyone in need of rehabilitation.

I was satisfied with my stay at Arbors West. The nurses and aides were wonderful and they treated me with respect and dignity. I received my medication in a timely manner and if I had any questions they never hesitated to answer them. The therapists at Arbors West are great and helped to improve my walking. When my husband Doug arrived at Arbors West, he needed a lot of good care, and that is what he got! He was very well taken care of. A very special thank you to Lisa Rikes Benson, nurse, for her excellent care and kindness. She went above and beyond to take good care of Doug. Also Clarissa George, his day nurse, who took good care of him---anything he needed, she knew exactly what to do. Also, thank you to Nyoka Lewis, Dietary, was very helpful when his eating would change. She would make sure his meals were right for him. Thank you Arbors team for everything!

My stay was good. Therapy was good and I enjoyed the therapist. The social worker was nice and did her job well!

My stay here was great! It was an experience I never had. The staff cares so much for the residents. They bend over backwards for us---I couldn't believe it. I can't wait to go home, but I will miss everyone here!

It was awesome, I loved it here! Staff and activities were great! My roommate was excellent and it has been a great stay here and would like to come back. No complaints here and I would highly recommend this place.
