My stay was good. Therapy was good and I enjoyed the therapist. The social worker was nice and did her job well!

My stay has been great here. The staff has been great to me and has been really caring. I would recommend Arbors West. It's clean and peaceful. Anything I need, the staff makes sure I'm taken care of.

My stay has been peaceful here. I received my food and meds on time and I really enjoy breakfast in bed! The staff has been wonderful and the Resident Advocate has been amazing!

I was a resident at Arbors West for 6 years and I loved it there. I would recommend this facility to anyone, I had great nursing care, therapy and loved the activities. I was able to get my own apartment with the help of the staff at Arbors West. If I ever had to go back to a skilled nursing facility I would choose Arbors West. It truly felt like a family to me. The staff really went above and beyond for me. I had 5 surgeries during my stay at Arbors and I am so grateful for the staff that helped me through the healing process.

Megan is a great addition to your staff, group, and office. Her positive winning attitude is reassuring. She focuses on what needs to be done and that allows her to contribute to the accomplishment of the current task, no matter what that task may be. Megan is a winner!

When my husband Doug arrived at Arbors West, he needed a lot of good care, and that is what he got! He was very well taken care of. A very special thank you to Lisa Rikes Benson, nurse, for her excellent care and kindness. She went above and beyond to take good care of Doug. Also Clarissa George, his day nurse, who took good care of him---anything he needed, she knew exactly what to do. Also, thank you to Nyoka Lewis, Dietary, was very helpful when his eating would change. She would make sure his meals were right for him. Thank you Arbors team for everything!

My stay at Arbors West was great, and I love it here! The nursing staff was amazing. They have taken great care of me and gave me so much attention. Therapy was A-ok. They push you to do the best you can be. The resident advocate was so sweet and took extra time to talk to me and make sure my needs were taken care of. I received my medication in a timely manner and if I had any questions they never hesitated to answer them. The therapists at Arbors West are great and helped to improve my walking.
